Mr. Jauchius has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Hertz Global Holdings since 2015, directing the global brand marketing, customer experience and loyalty, ecommerce and CRM, customer insights and analytics, and ancillary revenue functions for the Hertz, Dollar and Thrifty brands.
Previously, Mr. Jauchius served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, where he directed a substantial integrated marketing program. Mr. Jauchius also served previously as Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Nationwide.
Prior to Nationwide, Mr. Jauchius was an associate principal at McKinsey & Company, working with client organizations in corporate and business unit strategy and growth, marketing and sales, overall company turnarounds and operational cost improvements. Prior to McKinsey, Mr. Jauchius served in risk management and assurance roles at Chase and Ernst & Young. Mr. Jauchius serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Core Molding Technologies (NYSE: CMT).
Mr. Jauchius has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of Ohio.
